5th Annual TAHIT Symposium on Language Access in Health Care

The TAHIT Symposium on Language Access in Health Care is an excellent opportunity for stakeholders in healthcare language access to join together and discuss issues facing individuals of limited English proficiency and the organizations that serve them. This year we are thrilled to announce a thought-provoking line-up of Plenary Presenters from various fields to fuel our discussion around culturally competent and linguistically appropriate access to health care.

Breakout sessions, this year, will be divided into two tracks.

  • Track One includes continuing education sessions designed for interpreters and translators.

 

  • Track Two provides professional development and idea-sharing opportunities for hospital administrators and language access program managers and coordinators, physicians, nurses, social workers and other front-line staff.
